In our discovery call, I will explain how coaching works as well as the tools (optional) I have to offer. You will have a chance to share what you are looking for and to ask any questions. This is casual and zero commitment. If we both feel we would work well together, then we will talk about your various options. If we do not, no problem. I may be able to recommend other coaches to reach out to based on your needs and way of working.

We can work on sensory challenges, executive function, self understanding and acceptance, unmasking, advocating for yourself, job search, college application, college learning and experience, finding your people, and much more. I am IACT trained by The Association for Autism and Neurodiversity (AANE) and AuDHD myself.

Taught by an AuDHD Coach, Whole Systems Designer, and 16-year educator. The course provides additional guidance and examples to help you through each step. The course is structured into short video segments to help folks with busy schedules.

The sessions can be scheduled on the 1st and 3rd full week of the month (every-other week option) or the 1st, 3rd, 4th weeks of the months (three out of four option). There is a health friendly cancellation policy that allows you to reschedule when you are not feeling up to it or are in shutdown. I am looking forward to working with you.

Discoveries can be profound when working towards a better life using a Wizard’s Way tool. Sometimes, folks just want to process out loud with an expert. These sessions are customized to what you are working on and what you want to explore.
The Meltdown/Shutdown Map tool can help each of us identify what it is like to be in this state as well as what calming and regulating activities we can use to see it coming and sometimes prevent it from happening.
A simple tool for setting your top 3 priorities for the day. The non-standard format is refreshing for those of us who are bored by straight lines and the “normal” look of forms. After writing the date in the top oval, choose THREE (and only three) priorities for your day. If other tasks or short to-do’s are intruding on your thoughts, place these in the ‘Other’ or ’15-minute Task’ circles. Other tasks will only be considered when top three are done. 15-minute Tasks can be used as needed if you become stuck or bogged down. Consider adding some fun, regulating, or stimming activities in this area.
