Whether diagnosed young, late-diagnosed, or self-identified, ADHDers have almost always had to face extra obstacles.

Some of us are challenged by remembering, some by executive function, task planning, motivation. and execution.

Some of us feel the effects of impulsivity and dopamine seeking, some by energy levels that can be hard to manage.

These obstacles can lead to problems at school, at work, and in relationships. Coaching sessions are design to both address your concerns and access your strengths.
